As a member of our Contact Centre Team, whether you’re answering a direct call from a customer or calling a warm lead, we’ll need you to be able to assess the customer’s requirements and deal with them efficiently, professionally and helpfully.
Knowing our product range intimately, you’ll match your customer to the best products and services for them and be able to explain the benefits, options and quotes clearly. You’ll also be able to spot an opportunity to cross sell other RBS products, close your sales and liaise with other relevant departments accordingly.
