Registered Care Manager\nWatford area \n£40,000 - £45,000pa + Bonus (OTE c£59kpa)\n\nWe are recruiting for a Registered Care Manager to oversee a busy and established home care branch near to Watford delivering in excess of 1200 care hours per week. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded, privately funded home care provider with an outstanding reputation for quality and person-centred care.\n\nAs the Registered Manager for the branch, you will be responsible for the overall performance, compliance and day-to-day management of the service. You will lead and motivate the branch team to deliver safe, effective and compassionate care while also ensuring the branch operates successfully from a commercial and operational perspective.\n\nResponsibilities will include:\n\nLeading branch operations and team performance\nDriving quality, compliance and care standards\nManaging and supporting office and field-based staff\nMaintaining and improving CQC performance\nDeveloping sustainable growth within the branch\nBuilding strong relationships with clients and families\nManaging rota participation and operational responsibilities \n\nRequirements:\n\nPrevious experience within domiciliary care management\nRegistered Manager experience preferred\nStrong working knowledge of CQC regulations and inspections\nA confident leader with excellent people management skills\nCommercial awareness and operational understanding\nAbility to motivate and develop an experienced and longstanding team \nExperience managing private care services would be advantageous\nFull UK driving licence and access to own vehicleSalary:\n\nUp to £45,000 depending on skills and experience\nExcellent bonus scheme and joining bonus with realistic additional earnings potential taking OTE up to £59,000 pa\nMonday to Friday working hours\nStrong regional and centralised support structure\nCareer progression opportunities within a national providerFor more information, please contact Julie at Bright Selection.\n\nBright Selection advertises roles on behalf of our clients.
