Compliance Specialist – 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract Initially

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Specialist to join a financial services organisation on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.

The role will focus on delivering the compliance monitoring programme, assessing adherence to FCA, PRA and UK GDPR requirements, and providing practical compliance support across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the annual compliance assurance plan.
• Scope and undertake compliance monitoring reviews.
• Produce clear and effective compliance reports.
• Monitor and follow up on agreed actions and recommendations.
• Provide compliance advice and guidance to stakeholders.
• Support the development of compliant policies, processes and procedures.

About You

You will have:

• Experience working in a compliance monitoring / assurance role or similar within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of FCA and PRA regulatory requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
