Construction Manager - Utilities (Mains Renewal)\n\n📍London ( Thames Water ) (M25 Corridor)\n 💰 £400 per day (CIS/Ltd)\n 📅 Contract\n\nWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Construction Manager to support ongoing mains renewal projects within the utilities sector (water and/or gas) across the London area.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering critical infrastructure work on major utility frameworks.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nOversee and manage mains renewal and replacement projects (water and/or gas)\nEnsure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard\nManage site teams, subcontractors, and daily operations\nLiaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities\nEnsure full compliance with health & safety and industry regulations\nMaintain accurate site records and reporting\n\nRequirements:\n\nProven experience as a Construction Manager or Site Manager within utilities\nStrong background in mains renewal / replacement / pipeline projects\nExperience in water or gas sectors\nNRSWA (Streetworks) - essential\nEUSR - highly desirable\nStrong leadership and communication skills\nFull UK driving licence\n\nWhat's on Offer:\n\nCompetitive £400 per day\nLong-term contract potential\nWork on established utility frameworks\nSupportive and professional working environmentIf you are interested in this position please send your cv or phone (phone number removed)
