Dutch Customer Service Advisor\n\nLocation: Edinburgh\n\nSalary: £26,800 per annum + Monthly Commission\n\nHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm\n\nOur client is currently recruiting for a Dutch Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team in Edinburgh. This is an exciting opportunity to build a long-term career within a fast-paced travel environment, delivering outstanding support to customers across multiple channels while being rewarded with a competitive salary and monthly commission.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs a Dutch Customer Service Advisor, you will manage a high volume of customer enquiries via telephone, live chat, and email. Working within a busy customer service environment, you will take full ownership of travel-related queries, resolving issues from start to finish while delivering an exceptional customer experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage a high volume of customer contacts across phone, live chat, and email while maintaining excellent service standards.\nTake ownership of customer enquiries and resolve travel-related issues efficiently from start to finish.\nWork collaboratively within a high-performing team to achieve shared goals and service objectives.\nMeet and exceed key performance indicators including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Quality Assurance (QA), and Average Handling Time (AHT).\nStay up to date with company policies, procedures, and travel product updates.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with the wider team.\nRepresent the company's values and professionalism in every customer interaction.\nMaintain excellent attendance, punctuality, and schedule adherence.\n\nAbout You\n\nYou are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy solving problems while creating positive experiences for every customer.

You build rapport quickly, remain calm under pressure, and communicate confidently across multiple channels.\n\nAs a successful Dutch Customer Service Advisor, you are motivated by achieving targets, take ownership of your performance, and consistently deliver high-quality customer service.
