Paralegal - Venture Capital - High Growth Business
The opportunity

Were hiring a Legal & HR Officer to take a central role in building the infrastructure of a fast-growing, global business.

This is not a siloed role youll be working across legal, HR, commercial and governance, partnering directly with senior leadership and playing a visible role in Azotics next phase of growth.

You will help shape how we scale from people and culture through to contracts, compliance and international expansion.

What youll be doing

• Driving legal operations, governance, and investor documentation
• Supporting commercial contracts (NDAs, distribution agreements, MSAs)
• Supporting global expansion, including regulatory and compliance coordination
• Leading day-to-day HR operations across an international team
• Owning employment contracts, onboarding, and performance processes
• Managing and improving HR systems, policies, and frameworks
• Working closely with Finance, the CEO/CFO, and external advisors

• 310 years experience in legal operations, paralegal, or HR-legal roles
• Strong grounding in commercial contracts
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
