Senior Associate (Real Estate Finance)

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Associate to join a leading global firm in its highly ranked Real Estate Finance practice in London. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated real estate financing transactions for banks, debt funds, financial institutions and borrowers across a broad range of real estate asset classes.

Clients operate in an increasingly complex financing landscape. The team helps them navigate that complexity with confidence, supporting transactions from straightforward domestic lending through to complex cross-border, structured and tax-based financings. The practice advises across the full lifecycle of real estate financing transactions and brings together deep legal expertise with a strong understanding of commercial drivers on both lender and borrower side.

Experience required:

• Qualified in England & Wales 5+ years’ PQE gained within a leading Real Estate Finance practice. Lead and manage real estate finance transactions from initial structuring through to completion. Ability to provide clear, practical advice. Excellent communication skills. Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree. Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
